Ferozepur, May 9, 2019: From the day one when Chander Gaind Deputy Commissioner joined in this border district, the things have started improving as is evident from the Composite Delta Ranking graph of Ferozepur changed from 71 to 5.
Giving this information, Chander Gaind said, it is consistent, dedicated, concentrated and relentless efforts of my team, the composite delta ranking among 112 aspirational districts of India, Ferozepur has improved its ranking from 71st to 5th in last two months, which means improvement on all indicators of Health, Nutrition, Education, Sanitation etc.
Not only this, his passion to give a facelift to the city, Chander Gaind has motivated the local private institutions for wall painting with messageable slogans on environment, Beti Padhao, Beti Bachao which will definitely have a long term impact through the public for taking the Ferozepur to new heights, to figure at the world map.
Deputy Commissioner, Chander Gaind appealed to all the residents of Ferozepur to join hands with the district administration for a regular campaign against anti-social evils, cleanliness, following the traffic rules to avoid the precious lives from accidents.
