Principal apprised students about the importance of festival EID festival

Ferozepur, July 1,2015: Delhi Public School celebrated its first ever secular assembly on the 17th of July on the occasion of Eid .

The students of Grade six and seven presented a soulful quawalli and reminded everyone about the importance of brotherhood  and harmony amongst various religions.

DPS is providing world class education right from alpha at the door-step of citizens of Ferozepur and surrounding area which is need of the hour for the holistic development of a child, said  Principal, Mrs. Ikwinder Singh.

She also gave a short background of this festival and the custom of getting Eidi from the elders.
