Death of Atal Bihari Vajpayee marks an end of era: Rana Sodhi
Ferozepur August 18, 2018: The death of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, former Prime Minister, marked an end of era, said Rana Gurmit Singh Sodhi, Cabinet Minister – Sports and Youth Services while expressing his deep sadness on passing away of former PM.
Sharing his memorable photographs with Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Rana Sodhi said, Vajpayee had been Prime Minister of India for three times and has been the popular PM of the whole country.
Besides a poet of Hindi world and orator, Vajpayee was also a symbol of determination not to comprise with his thoughts and principles, said Rana Sodhi.
Rana Sodhi said Atal Bihari Vajpayee had dedicated every moment of his life to the nation. With his passing away, it is end of an era.
Though Vajpayee is not present among us now, his absence will be felt in the Indian democracy and politics
He said that Atal Bihari Vajpayee had dedicated every moment of his life to the nation. Their journey is the end of an era. Today, even though they are not among us, the lack of Bharat Ratan Atal Bihari Vajpayee in Indian democracy and politics will always be felt and their inspiration will always be with us and the motivation from him will remain with us.
