Ferozepur, July 22, 2023:  There is no danger on any dam of river Sutlej in Ferozepur district.  Avoid rumours! – said DC in his tweet.

There had been rumours in the city about flood like situation due breach in river Sutlej.  DC has cleared the position in his tweet, saying avoid rumours and go only by authentic official news.

Rajesh Dhiman Deputy Commissioner said, the district administration staff and health department teams are working day and night to take care of flood affected villages by providing the relief materials and health services.  Besides, local NGOs have also come forward at their own on a single appeal, and helping in providing the required material to the flood affected people.
