Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle released book titled“Suchhe Moti”- 6th book by Amrik Singh Sherkhan
Ferozepur, July 12, 2016: The 6th book by Amrik Singh Sherkhan – a rigid writer – titled “Suchhe Moti” was released today at an impressive function organized by Guru Gobind Singh Study Cirlce.
Amrik Singh Sherkhan said, in this book, he has tried to depict on the lives and benevolent works of three great personalies – Bhai Vir Singh, Prof. Puran Singh and Akali Kaurn Singh Nihang.
He said, no doubt the people are know about the life of Bhai Sahib Bhai Vir Singh Ji but very few people know about the lifestyle of Akali Kaur Singh Ji Nihang – a generous figure of Prof Puran Singh – giving birth of open poetry and this book fulfill has come up to fill-up this space. It is pertinent to mention that Amrik Singh Sherkhan have already given to the literary world about half a dozen books titled – Sheesha Agg Te Sitar,n Bol Virangan De, Satya May Vijayate ete.
The book releasing ceremony was presided over by prominent writer Dr.Hari Singh Jachak who invited all to come forward to pass on biographies of great personalities, to one and all.
Present among others on this occasion were prominent writers Er.Karamjit Singh Noor, Sarabjit Singh Ratol and Dr.Jagdeep Kaur poetess who shared their personal views and poetry.
To make this function a grand success, Gurmit Singh Chairman, Student Circle, Jatinder Pal Singh, General Secretary and others put their special contributions.
