VWS student bags 2 Gold Medals in Kick Boxing Competition

Ferozepur, November 8,2022: Rubab Sharma, an all-rounder student of Vivekananda World School, raised the flag of success at the international level by winning two gold medals.

Giving detailed information related to the above, the Director of the school, Dr. S.N. Rudra said that Rubab Sharma, an all-rounder student of Vivekananda World School, has climbed another level of success in the kick boxing competition, held in Delhi from November 2 to November 6 at Talkatora Stadium, Waco.

Organized by India Kick Boxing Association, Rubaab won a gold medal each in point fight and in point light contact at the 2nd Indian International Kick Boxing Tournament organized by Wako India Kick Boxing Association.

Dr. Rudra also informed that Rubaab achieved this win by beating 800 contestants from all over the world. She has brought laurels not only to her parents and school but also for the district and the nation.

Rubaab’s father Davinder Nath Sharma appreciated the support of VWS for Rubaab and also thanked Punjab Kick Boxing Association and her Coach.
