Railways to restore unreserved special trains from July 1

Ferozepur, June 30, 2021: The Indian Railways – the lifeline of India – will be resuming 39 unreserved special trains in the different division of Northern Railway  which include 10 pairs of trains originates from Ferozepur Division, from July 1, 2021. These special trains will stop at all the stations between the originating and destination stations.  These trains were earlier disrupted due to the coronavirus diseas (Covid-190 pandemic.

Divisional Rail Manager, Rajesh Aggarwal said, “All the passengers are requested to follow all the instructions related to the prevention of Covid i.e. wearing masks, use of hand sanitizers, gloves etc. and cooperation in maintaining proper distance is required”.

The trains have been restored on Ferozepur to Ludhiana, Ambala, Jalandhar, Fazika, Lohian Khas, Bahinda, Amritsar and Pathankot sections.

Similarly main special trains have been restored on New Dehi-Amritsar, Jammu, Pathanakot, Chandiarh-Amritsar, Kalka- Shrimata Vaishno Devi Katra, Amritsar-Saharsa, Jammu-Tawi-Kathgodam, Amritsar-Hazur Sahib Nanded, Jammu-Kanpur, Kochuveli-Amritsar, Jammu Tawi – Barauni, Shrimata Vaishno1 Devi Katra-Ghazipur, Amritsar-Lal Kuan, Ferozepur-Chhindwara, Amritsar- Dehradun, Delhi Jalandar, Amritsar-New Delhi Sections.
