44th State Science Exhibition – 16-19 November
Ferozepur, November 16, 2015: Ferozepur District presented 16 science models in the 44th State Science Exhibition being held at Chandigarh University at Gharuan, under directions of Dr.Satinderjit Kaur, Deputy Director, State Science Educational Institution and Dr.Anand Gupta, Coordinater.
Giving this information, Davinder Nath, Kamal Sharma, Umesh Kumar, Sandeep Kamboj informed that in the exhibition being held from 16-19 November, the various schools of Ferozepur District have presented models on the themes of industry, health, communication, energy etc.
They said, while these models will bring the scientific attitude among the students, there are chances of its selection for further research purposes.
Congratulating the students on their achievements, Er.DPS Kharbanda, DC Ferozepur expressed hope of winning the prizes for Ferozepur in the competition. He said, there is need to bring awareness of scientific aptitude in the rural areas.
Speaking on the occasion, Jagsir Singh, Awa,DE and Rajesh Mehra, DSS, they will accompany the students in the state level exhibition to encourage the students.
Present among others were Anukool panchi, Gurmit Singh, Gurpreet Singh Pir Samai Khan, Renu Vij Sandhe Hasham, Sandeep Kamboj, Rinkal Munjal and Bhaarat Veer.
