Yaksha system for improving catering services in Ferozepur railway division
Ferozepur, April 5, 2018: In order to provide better catering services to the commuters, Commercial Department of Ferozepur Railway Division has initiated a system of collecting online feedback from passengers regarding catering services.
Giving details Vivek Kumar, Divisional Railway Manager said that the system is named as “Yaksha”.
“The full form of Yaksha is “Yatri Khanpan Sarvekshan” which means Passenger Catering Survey. In this system, a sheet with URL and QR Codes of the online form will be pasted at the catering units. The passengers can access Yaksha by URL or QR code through any browser and Smartphones. The passengers will be asked various questions regarding catering services. The feedback can be given by using any browser or even Smart-phones”, said DRM Vivek Kumar.
“The feedback system will help the railways for improving the catering system”, added DRM.
