URMU holds divisional level meeting to save fissure in railway union
Ferozepur, June 13, 2017: A divisional level meeting was held today at the Ferozepur Cantt railway station addressed by B.C.Sharma, General Secretary, Uttar Railway Men’s Union who had specially come from Ludhiana to patch up the fissure in two groups of the union.
Addressing to the union members at the railway station, B.C.Sharma said, the issue of Gangmen was raised in all the meetings during the tenure of Mamta Banejee, Railway Minister but it is matter of concern that till day, this class has been denied their rights. He said, the union is committed to get them justice.
He further said, the centre government has adopted the anti-employees policies. There are still certain issues related to employees, which have not been sorted out.
One group of employees were present in the meeting while the other group made a distant. On the other hand certain leaders in their address said, the doors are open for those who are annoyed with union group and they are waiting for their coming back home.
