Thousands bid tearful adieu to Kamal Sharma

Ferozepur, October 28, 2019: Thousands bid tearful farewell to Kamal Sharma, former BJP President, 49-year old.

Kamal Sharma expired on Monday while he had gone for a morning walk on the Mall Road where he faced some problem.  He was immediate taken to local private hospital, where he was declared as brought dead.

Kamal Sharma’s final journey started for Cremation Ground in a van passing through the main roads.  As a mark of respect the shops were closed in the city and majority of the families did not celebrate Diwali event even.

Amid chaotic scenes, Kamal Sharma was cremated at Ferozepur City cremation ground when a huge gathering of Ministers, VIPs, thousands of commoners were present. Never ever such a huge gathering was seen in the cremation ground as it was today to bid farewell to Kamal Sharma.

The police and security officials had made elaborate arrangements on account of visit of various dignitaries as the crowd was so thick that security personnel had to push back people trying to surge ahead

Family members were seen broke down when the leaders, supporters and locals raised full throated slogans – Jab Tak Suraj Chand Rahega – Kamal Sharma Tera Naam Rahega.

PM Narendera Modi has also tweeted – PM tweeted – “Anguished by the passing away of Shri Kamal Sharma Ji.  He made noteworthy efforts to strengthen our Party in Punjab. My thoughts are with his family and supporters in this hour of grief. Om Shanti!.

While the entire social media was full of old pics and sharing their feeling moments spent with Kamal Sharma, Parminder Singh Pinki, Congress MLA on his facebook account has posted as “Ferozepur Noo Aaj Naa Poora Hon Wala Ghata Hoya Hai , Aaj asi Ek Acha Insaan & Bahut wadia Leader Noo Gawa Dita ,Mai te Mera Pariwar Is Dukh Di Ghadi Ch Kamal Sharma Ji De Pariwar De Naal Khadai Haa “.

It was also overhead that he was the next BJP candidate for elections from Ferozepur.

Everyone in the cremation ground while meeting each other was saying – it’s a great loss to Ferozepur.

Mahohar Lal Khattar said, the loss of Kamal Sharma is irreparable.
