Ten students placed during Placement Drive for Scope Telecom Ltd organized at SBS State Technical CampusFerozepur, September 1, 2018: One of the esteemed company SCOPE TELECOM Ltd visited Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus for the campus placement drive for 2019 passing out B.Tech students for ECE and Electrical Engg students. The Company selected a total of 10 students (five each from ECE and EE). The names of students selected during this placement drive are Abdul Wajid (ECE), Diwakar Mishra (ECE), Gaurav Anand (ECE), Satya Prakash Upadhyay (ECE), Shobhit Sharma (ECE), Shashi Bhushan Kumar (EE), Shubham Patyal (EE), Sukhwinder Singh (EE), Tajinder Pal Singh (EE) and Vimal Kalra (EE). Three students were kept in waiting list namely Chandan Kumar, Chiranjive Kumar, Shalu Bharti (all from EE).

Dr T.S. Sidhu, Director said that the company official conducted the Technical Written Test, Group Discussion, Technical-and HR-rounds and finally 10 students were selected. Campus Director T.S. Sidhu, Dr. Gazal Preet Arneja TPO, Mr. Inderjeet Singh Gill ATPO and Mr Kamal Khanna ATPO congratulated the selected students and their families.

During the placement drive, Dr. T. S. Sidhu, Director, Prof. Jatinder Kumar Aggarwal (Registrar), Dr Gazal Preet Arneja (TPO), Prof. Kamal Khanna (ATPO), Prof. Inderjeet Singh Gill (ATPO), Mr Birinder Singh (Assistant Training & Placement Cell) and Mr Gurcharan Singh and Mr. Balwinder Mohie (Campus PRO) presented the token of gratitude to the company officials.

Further, it is worth to mention here that a number of MNCs companies visited Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus for the recruitment of Engineering students like Infosys, Emicon, DSM-Sinochem, Nestle and Sonalika. Dr. T S Sidhu, further, added that a number of students of SBSSTC are recruited by various esteemed MNCs in this academic session.
