Temporary train schedule changes due to Block at Chandigarh Station
Chandigarh, August 20, 2024: Due to a block at Chandigarh station over the Ambala Division, several trains will undergo temporary changes in their schedules. These changes include short termination, short origination, and platform alterations.
Short Termination of Trains:
- 14630 Firozpur – Chandigarh: From August 26 to August 31, 2024, this train will be short terminated at SAS Nagar Mohali, resulting in partial cancellation between SAS Nagar Mohali and Chandigarh.
- 12242 Amritsar – Chandigarh: On August 21-23 and August 28 to September 1, 2024, this train will be short terminated at Kharar, leading to partial cancellation between Kharar and Chandigarh.
- 12527 Ramnagar – Chandigarh: On August 26, 2024, this train will be short terminated at Ambala, with partial cancellation between Ambala and Chandigarh.
Short Origination of Trains:
- 14629 Chandigarh – Firozpur: From August 27 to September 1, 2024, this train will short originate from SAS Nagar Mohali, resulting in partial cancellation between Chandigarh and SAS Nagar Mohali.
- 12241 Chandigarh – Amritsar: On August 21-22 and August 27 to September 1, 2024, this train will short originate from Kharar, with partial cancellation between Kharar and Chandigarh.
- 12528 Chandigarh – Ramnagar: On August 26, 2024, this train will short originate from Ambala, leading to partial cancellation between Chandigarh and Ambala.
