Sr.DCM claims URMU leader threatened him over phone with dire consequence

Ferozepur, October 12, 2018: In a complaint to the police, Senior Divisional Commissioner Manager, Hari Mohan son of Shankra Tiwari resident Sasa Ram 9Bihar), presently posted in Divisional Rail Manager office at Ferozepur, have claimed of threatening by Uttar Railway Mazdoor Union leader B.S.Sharma with dire consequences.

A case under Sections 353, 186 and 506 of IPC has been booked against B.S.Sharma and Ashwani Kumar has been appointed as IO, in this case, to further look into the matter.

Tiwari has divulged with the details of his claim that Soma Devi is posted a Booking Clerk at Phagwara and posted as Head Goods Clerk Phagwara but she was doing her work as Book Clerk. On October 10, on the placement of foodgrain special at the railway station, orders were issued but later on, URMU leader B.S.Sharma threatened on his mobile with dire consequences in case Soma Devi is deputed as Goods Clerk, get him transferred and will now allow him to live. 

As per the information, no arrest has been made so far and an investigation is still on.
