Police book doctor, two others after 10 months of negligence
Ferozepur, April 21, 2017: On the charges of negligence, the local police have booked doctor and two others on the complaint of Hardeep Singh under Section 304 A of the Indian Penal Code for causing death of three lives – a woman and her twins born in the private hospital.
In the crime report release, a complaint was lodged about ten months back by Hardeep Singh when his wife Jaswinder Kaur was admitted in Sunita Monga Memoral Hospital on June 24, 2016 for delivery.
Jaswinder Kaur and her twins could not be survived and died in the hospital and her husband charged for negligence on the part of hospital for not disclosing the critical condition.
A complaint was also lodged with the SSP on October 13, 2016 and it took ten months to investigated into the matter and registered a case against Baljeet Kaur, a resident o Zira Gate, Bharat Bhushan resident also of Zira Gate and Dr Rakesh Aggarwal, resident of Golden Enclave, Ferozepur Ciy. However, no arrest could be made so far.
