Peaceful re-poll at Lakhmir Ke Hittar under strong security

Ferozepur, January 2, 2019:  The re-poll ordered by State Election Commission at Lakhmir Ke Hittar over the death one person and putting on fire the ballot box, today ended peacefully under strong police security.

In all, re-polling at 14 booths was ordered in 8 districts.

At Lakhmir Ke Hittar, adequate arrangements were made by the police and the entire voting process was peaceful.
