‘Nai Udaan’ project launched in border village Govt. School Gatti Rajo Ke
Ferozepur November 23, 2017: “Nai Udaan” project was launched today launched by Ranjit Singh, A.C.(G) at Govt. Sr.Sec. School Gatti Rajo Ke situated in the remote area near the Indo-Pak
Giving the details about the Nai Udaan, Project Incharge, Shinderpal Singh said, in a book titled Nai Udaan, there are as many as 1000 questions-answers on different topics and the students will be given daily 5-7 questions in the school assembly besides 2-3 current news from the newspapers.
He said, there will be a quiz programme and written test on every Saturday and the winners will be awarded and it will be a regular feature. The booklet will be provided to the students free of cost.
Addressing the students, Ranjit Singh appreciated the initiative taken by the school for this unique project to prepare the students for the various competitions. He advised the students to take benefit of this exercise by the school staff. He also shared his personal experiences with the students to motivate them to concentrate more on their studies.
On this occasion, wishing for the success of the students, Ashok Behal, Secretary Red Cross and Rotary Club Ferozepur Cantt assured to extend all possible help to the students as and when required.
While S.S.Bedi, Coordinator NYK also put wiser about the various schemes of the Nehru Yuva Kendan.
