MLA Bhullar inaugurates ‘Shivanshi Vadera Memorial Classroom’ at Govt School in Ferozepur
Ferozepur, April 25, 2023: In a unique initiative to keep alive in memories of daughter Shivanshi, 22, who died due to cancer while pursuing B.Ed, the parents – Rajesh Vadera and Sunita Vadera built a room, at Govt Primary Model School, in memory of their daughter Shivanshi Vadera, on her birthday today, who had died due to cancer. Sunita Vadera, is working as a teacher in this school.
Ranbir Singh Bhullar, MLA Urban, Ferozepur, inaugurated a room at Govt Primary Model School, near Railway Bridge, Ferozepur City, built by parents – Rajesh Vadera and Sunita Vadera in memory of their daughter Shivanshi Vadera, on her birthday today, who had died due to cancer.
Inaugurating the room, MLA Bhullar along with his wife Dr.Amandeep Kaur, said making a room in the school in memory of daughter is a unique initiative, this will always keep the daughter’s memory fresh. He also prayed for the peace of the departed soul of daughter Shivanshi.
Rajesh Vadera, father of Shivanshi said, “Our daughter had cleared graduation and was getting coaching at Chandigarh for B.Ed when she developed Cancer symptoms and left for heavenly abode. My wife expressed her desire to construct a room in the government school where she is working as a teacher. Now remembering the departed soul, through this ‘Shivanshi Vadera Memorial Classroom’ will be to keep her alive in our memories.”
On this occasion, District Education Officer Elementary Rajeev Chhabra, Block Primary Officer Ferozepur-1 Mrs. Sumandeep Kaur, Center Head Teacher Mrs. Jaswinder Kaur and all the school staff were present.
