Mayank Foundation joins ‘Mission Fateh’ to spread awareness against corona
Ferozepur, September 26, 2020: Mayank Foundation, as part of its own campaign against Coronavirus and to accomplish the goals of Mission Fatheh being run by the Punjab Government, distributed face masks to the teachers of Dev Samaj Model School, Ferozepur here today. The members of the foundation motivated the teachers to use the mask and urged them to sensitize the residents of the city to wear masks and take all precautionary measures needed to stop the spread of the pandemic.
While giving more information about this, member Charanjit Singh told that the organization has been giving detailed information about the damage of coronavirus and how to use preventive measures against it to the citizens of this border town since March. The main objective of this mission is to keep people well informed so that the spread of this disease can be prevented.
Founder of the Foundation Deepak Sharma said that Mayank Foundation has been working in tandem with the administration since the first day of lockdown. Necessary items like dry rations, food packets, PPE kits, sanitizers, face masks, etc. were provided to the needy and the poor.
Deepak further informed that the people will be made aware of every fortnight under this campaign.
He explained how to wash hands thoroughly, wear masks, and follow social distance to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
‘Mission Fateh’ is the result of the visionary thinking of the Chief Minister of Punjab. This mission is an effort on behalf of the Chief Minister that people should strictly follow the safety norms to avoid the coronavirus, added principal Sunita Rangbula of the Dev Samaj model school.
