Lions Club Ferozepur starts Service Projects
Ferozepur July 26, 2021: Lions Club Frozepur – a part of International Association of Lions Club – biggest service organization – started its Service Projects during the new lionistic year 2021-22, under the team of Lion Duggal President and Lion Khera, Secretary.
In its first project, 50 samplings were planted under Tree Plantation programme at Boparai Shooting Range, Khane Ke Ahal village where Lion members and members of the Shooting Range were also present. Lion Sodhi was made the project incharge to look after the plants to see them grown up like children and pledged to visit off and on to take care the plants.
In another project in the evening, medicines and other required material was supplied at Kusht Ashram with promise to provide any item on need basis.
On this occasion, a good number of Lion members were present.
Lion S.P.Khera, Secretary said that in the coming times, Service Projects will be organized throughout the year from July 2021 to June 2022.
