Lions Club Ferozepur organizes Dental Awareness Camp
Ferozepur, February, 15, 2017 : Lions Club, Ferozepur on Wednesday organized Dental Awareness Camp at local HM DAV Sr. Secondary School.
Lions Club – a non-political international organization service to the humanity in more than 200 countries in the world with around 14 lakhs members – organize number of service projects and always ready to contribute in the event of any natural calamity in any part of the world.
On the occasion of Dental Awareness Camp, Lion Dr.H.S.Bhalla gave tips to the students how to take care of teeth for whole of your life which are known as the gate way of your body.
The club members team headed by Lion Kuldip Gakhar along with Lion R.Pathak, Secretary, Lion Rajinder Duggal, Treasurer, also distributed packet of paste and tooth brushes to the students.
Few minutes talk was also given by Lion Harish Monga on moral values with advice to the students to work hard during this crucial period till acquiring the professional qualification or skill knowledge, to compete at the global level in the competition era.
Apart from this, Roshi – student of the school was honoured with a cash prize of Rs.500 for bagging the Bronze medal in Kabaddi at the National Level Competitions.
Among others present on this occasion were Principal, Staff and Lion members – Harish Monga, Parvinder Sodhi, Subhash Choudhary, Ashwani Jhanji, Vijay Bhola, Col Rak Pal, Surinder Singh, Sham Lal Gupta, and M.L.Puri.
