Ferozepur, June 1, 2024: The polling in the 7th and last phase of Lok Sabha elections in Punjab today ended with an approximate voter turnout of 55.86%, as per the Turnout APP of the Election Commission of India. It is a 59.44% approximate turnout in Ferozepur.
It is 50.33% in Amritsar, 55.55% in Anandpur Sahib, 60.84% in Bathinda, 55.44% in Faridkot, 54.55% in Fatehgarh Sahib, 59.54% in Ferozepur, 58.56% in Gurdaspur, 52.39% in Hoshiarpur, 53.66% in Jalandhar, 56.46% in Khadoor Sahib, 52.84% in Ludhiana, 58.64% in Patiala, and 57.21% in Sangrur.
While Anandpur Sahib has the highest percentage of 60.84% and lowest in 50.33% in Amritsar.
So far as Ferozepur is concerned, it is 60.17% in Abohar, 57.50% in Balluana, 64.94% in Fazilka, 50.10% in Ferozepur City, 58.00% in Ferozepur Rural, 61.30% in Guru Har Sahai, 60.30% in Jalalabad, 57.10% in Malout and 65.10% in Muktsar.
Here, 64.94 in Fazilka is the highest and 50.10% in Ferozepur City is the lowest.
The APP says this is approximate trend, as data from some Polling Stations (PS) takes time and this trend does not include data of postal ballot voting. Final date for each PS is shared in Form 17C with all Polling Agents.
