Ferozepur, April 5, 2019: Claiming the waive in favour of PM Narendra Modi in view of his taking decision in the interest of common people and making important contribution in the unity, integrity and progress of the country, once again the Ferozepur seat will go to the SAD for the sixth time, said Kamal Sharma, National Executive Member BJP while holding a meeting with the Presidents and senior leaders of the three districts – Ferozepur, Muktsar and Faridkot.
In Punjab, in the total 13 seats so far as SAD-BJP alliance is concerned are 10 for SAD and three for BJP and Ferozepur come in the account of SAD.
Added here, both Congress and SAD have yet to announce their candidates from Ferozepur – known to be a hot seat for both the political parties and wait and watch policy is going on as to who announce first to decide the other party to look for a suitable candidate to give a tough fight to win the seat. But, so far there is the number of claimants from both the parties speculations is for Sukhbir Badal from Ferozepur as the SAD candidate and Sher Singh Guhubaya as Congress candidate though he is two time MP of SAD party and later on, joined Congress feeling ignored by SAD. Ghubaya’s son has already joined the Congress during last Assembly elections and won from Fazilka.
Kamal Sharma made it clear that the SAD-BJP alliance candidate had been winning from Ferozepur during the last five terms in Lok Sabha elections and this time too, SAD candidate will be given full support to step in the Lok Sabha for the sixth time.
He made it clear that since the taking over of Modi as PM, India has stood in front of the other countries even the anti-India forces in the neighbouring countries who were seen up in arms, have unfolded their sleeves. The people will give the verdict in his favour in the coming Lok Sabh polls.
Attacking on Congress, for its anti-people policies, Kamal Sharma, the BJP party leaders, and workers will campaign for the victory of alliance candidate of SAD-BJP by SAD during the Lok Sabha polls in next month.
On this occasion, Davinder Bajaj, Rajesh Paletha, Subodh Verma,District Presidents, Ferozepur, Muktsar and Fazilka respectively, DP Chandan, Jugraj Singh Katola, Ashwani Grover, Balwant Singh Rakhri, Shivraj Choudhary Abohar, Raesh Dhooria, Ashwani Phutel FAzilka, Anil Valecha Jalalabad Om Parkash Mida Malout besides good nuber of BJP workers were present.
