Ferozepur: Restrictions lifted from all Containment Zones, Only 3 Covid+ve cases reported
Ferozepur, July 3, 2021: With the graph of Covid+ve cases dropped practically to zero, becoming parallel as only three cases of Covid+ve were reported today but still having 110 active cases in the district.
The citizens are feeling relaxed due to control of Covid positive cases. The health official said it could have been possible with the cooperation of the citizens by following the Covid guidelines from time to time adding to maintain this status, and appealed to continue to follow the Covid behavior aptitude.
As per information, 2,11,520 since the outbreak of virus in the district, out of which 1,97,180 were tested negative, 14,076 positive, 13,486 recovered.
With one death today of a 67 years old male in Mamdot Block, the death toll has gone to 480. However, all the containment and micro containment zones were lifted with the ease of the position. In all, 1,45,559 have been vaccinated in the district.
So far, 15 cases of Black fungus were reported, out of which 7 are under treatment, four have cured while one died and 3 left against medical advice (LAMA).
