Ferozepur Police honours 7 retirees with heartfelt farewell ceremony
Ferozepur, September 1, 2024: The Ferozepur Police Department bid a warm farewell to seven of its dedicated personnel, including one lady official, who retired today after years of exemplary service. A special farewell party was organized in their honour, where they were presented with tokens of appreciation for their invaluable contributions to the force.
The seven official retired are – ASI(CR) Jai Pal (21.4.90 to 21-8-2024/34 years 4 months), ASI(CR) Gurcharan Singh (14-2-1994 to 31.8-2024/30 years 6 months 17 days), ASI (LR) Ashok Kumar (16.8.1989 to 31.8.2024/35 years 15 days), ASI LR Shinderpal (8.2.1992 to 31.8.2024)/32 years 6 months 22 days), ASI (LR) Surinder Singh (3.6.1985 to 31.8.2024/39 years 2 months 28 days), Sr. Sepoy Balwinder Singh (8.11.2011 to 31.8.2024/12 years 9 months 23 days), and Female HC (PR) Jasvir Kaur (19.9.2006 to 31.8.2024/17 years 11 months 12 days).
The event was attended by the retirees’ families, who joined in celebrating the achievements and careers of their loved ones, making the moment both emotional and memorable.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ferozepur, Saumya Mishra, expressed her gratitude to the retirees for their outstanding service to the department. She wished them a happy retired life, filled with good health and fortune in the future.
