Each One Plant One: Mayank Foundation planted Saplings in Govt Primary School Shahdeen Wala
Ferozepur, July 28, 2024: Mayank Foundation Ferozepur organised a plantation program in Govt Primary School Shahdeen Wala under the green initiative of “Each One Plant One” to increase the green cover and beautify the school ground.
Secretary Rajiv Setia said that 65 plants, including Sukhchain, Kadam, Rose, Erica Palm, were planted. Team Mayank Foundation appealed to all the citizens to plant trees around them and be a part of “Each One Plant One”.
Project Coordinator Aksh Kumar said that the Mayank Foundation is promoting the importance of afforestation. is running a tree plantation campaign at various sites to support this. Aksha told that apart from planting thousands of saplings in the last five years, the foundation has also taken regular care and maintenance of these plants.
On this occasion, Aksh Kumar, Gur Saheb, Harvinod Khullar, Charanjit Singh, Rajiv Setia, Deepak Mathpal, Himanshu Gupta, Gurpreet Bhullar, Anku Bajaj, Tushar Agarwal, Vikas Agarwal, Ashwani Sharma, Rakesh Kumar and Deepak Sharma were present from Mayank Foundation.
The plantation campaign saw enthusiastic participation of Sukhwinder Kaur Head Teacher of Shahdeen Wala, Surinder Singh, Lakhwinder Singh, Surinderpal Singh, Iqbal Singh, Gurdev Singh, Kulbir Kaur, Avtar Singh, Ramandeep, Mona, Vishakha and members of Mayank Foundation.
