Dy. Speaker Bhatti calls on students at Employment Bureau in Ferozepur
Ferozepur January 25, 2021: Deputy Speaker, PLA Punjab, Ajaib Singh Bhatti, today interacted with the girl candidates at Bureau of Employment Generation Skill Development and Training in DAC complex and asked them to avail maximum benefits of the various schemes.
Earlier, he joined the virtual programme of launching a state-level mega self-employment loan fair by Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh today from Patiala in an effort to enable the youth to earn a living besides launching special initiatives for girls.
Also present on the occasion were Deputy Commissioner Gurpal Singh Chahal, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rajdeep Kaur, SDM Amit Gupta, Assistant Commissioner Arvinder Singh Arora, District Employment Officer Ashok Kumar Jindal, District Program Officer Rattandeep Sandhu were also present.
During the interaction, Deputy Speaker, Ajaib Singh Bhatti said that the youth should work hard to stand on their own feet and take maximum advantage of self-employment fairs. During this, he also visited the office of Bureau of Employment Generation Skill Development and Training and interacted with the candidates there and asked them to avail maximum benefits of the employment office.
Awarding the girls students with certificates of self-employment loan, he said that daughters are our most precious asset and they are the guardians of our future and human progress. He said that girls should be given equal rights in society and given the same opportunities as boys to nurture and move forward.
