Ferozepur, January 1, 2024: Due to a rail traffic block in Ferozepur Rail Division, the railway has rescheduled 8 trains.
The competent authority has permitted for Remodelling of Baddowal and Mullanpur Yard in connection with doubling between Ludhiana-Mullanpur single line, interlocking-Std-I R, Signalling-MACL, Non-electrified section.
The trains numbers 04464, on Ferozepur Cantt-Ludhiana, 04997 on Ludhiana-Ferozepur Cantt have been cancelled from 7.1.24 to 19.1.24 and 06982 on Ferozepur Cantt-Ludhiana and 04625 on Ludhiana Ferozepur Cantt have been cancelled on 19.1.2024.
Train number 19612 Amritsar-Ajmer via Jalandhar City-Lodhian Khas-Ferozepur Cantt have been diverted with a skip of stoppages at Phagwara, Ludhiana,l Jagraon, Moga and Talwandin on 9,11, 16 and 18.1.2024.
Another train number 22485 New Delhi-Moga has been short terminated at Ludhiana on 8, 12, 15 and 19.1.2024. While train number 22486 Moga-New Delhi has been short originated from Ludhiana on 8, 12, 15 and 19.1.2024.
However, train number 06982 Ferozpur Cantt-Ludhiana effective from 7.1.24 to 19.1.24 with 90 minutes late start from Ferozepur Cantt has been rescheduled.
