Drone found flying near Indo-Pak border, search operation on

Ferozepur, October 8, 2019:  A drone has been found flying five times in the area of  Basti Ram Lal Check Post Pakistan side near Hussainiwala.

It is reported to have been flying one time on Indian territory and remained flying on Monday night from 10 pm to 10.45 pm and again at 12.25 pm and entered the Indian territory.  Intimation to this effect was given to Border Security Force jawan and senior officers.

As per the information, both BSF and Punjab Police and security agencies are making a search operation since morning to ascertain about dropping of any arms or drug consignment in the Indian Territory.  Meanwhile, the security has been beefed up.
