BSF remembers 1971 War Heroes, DIG lays wreath at Martyrs’ Memorial
Ferozepur, March 23, 2021: Wreath laying ceremony conducted at Martyr’s Memorial Hussainiwala was conducted, on Tuesday, at BOP Barrier of 136 BN BSF, organized by 136 BN BSF, K M S Wala Ferozepur Cantt (Punjab) in remembrance of the 1971 war Heroes.
The ceremony was performed under the supervision of chief guest Brig (Retd.) Surendra Mehta VSM, DIG SHQ BSF Ferozepur, Sh UPS Chauhan, Comdt 136 BN BSF and Jasbir Singh, Comdt 14 BN BSF.
Every year Border Security Force organized such type of event in remembrance of 1971 war Heroes who sacrifice their life for the nation. We salute the heritage of strength and valor of those brave soldiers who wrote a new heroic role in the 1971 war. Their sacrifice is a source of inspiration for all Indians. This country will always remember them.
