BSF apprehends 2 suspects with recovery of weapons, mobiles and cash in Ferozepur
Ferozepur, July 23, 2023: The Border Security Force jawans arrested two suspected persons with recovery of weapons, mobiles and cash from near border village Dulchi Ke, in Ferozepur.
As per the information, the BSF arrested two persons identified as William and Boota Singh with recovery one pistol 7.65 mm with empty magazine, three live cartridges without licence and Rs.2 lac in cash, two mobiles and one Activa Scooter PB-05-AN-9161. During further investigation, the accused disclosed that Gurpreet Singh alias Guri is also associated with them. Further on raiding at his residence, he was not found but Rs.2 lac cash was recovered.
A case under Sections 25, 54, 59 under Arms Act has been registered against all the three accused with appointment of Mohinder Singh IO to further investigate into the matter.
