BJP still indecisive over selection of candidate for Ferozepur Urban Constituency
Ferozepur, December 18, 2016: For Ferozepur Urban Constituency, the Bhartiya Janata Party – in sworn alliance with the Shiromani Akali Dal in Punjab – is still indecisive over the selection of its candidate for the coming Assembly elections in early 2017.
The coming contest is likely to be triangular at all the four seats in Ferozepur district. In Ferozepur, there are four Assembly constituencies, out of which three seats are for Akali Dal while one seat of Ferozepur Urban is in the account of Bhartiay Janata Party (BJP) for which no candidate has so far been declared. However, the candidates by Congress and AAP have already been announced for all the four segments in Ferozepur district.
