Baldev Singh Bhullar, Member, Distt. Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission resigns for farmers’ cause

Ferozepur, December 10, 2020: Baldev Singh Bhullar, Member, Distt. Consumer Disputes Redressal Consumer Commission, Ferozepur has resigned for farmers’ cause in protest against the Central government’s anti-farmer laws and policies.

The term of Bhullar as Member DCDRC, was to expire on May, 2021.

Bhullar has also donated his salary for the month of Nov. 2020 salary for the farmers’ cause.

He also said that in protest, he will also return all honours received by him from the government.

Added here, the farmers are protesting for rollback of three Farm Laws and protesting at Delhi for the last 12 days and earlier launched rail roko project since October 23, 2020.
