One booked for cheating in property deal
Ferozepur, February 14, 2020: On the statement of Vivek Joshi son of Rattan Parkash of Ferozepur, the police have booked one person for cheating of Rs.12 lac in the property deal.
A complaint was lodged on January 15 with the special wing of the police and the action has been taken after investigation.
Ajmer Singh ASI PS City informed that Vivek Joshi had a deal for sale of the shop for Rs.48 lacs with Jitesh Kumar Manocha and Rs.12 lac was taken as an advance. Neither the shop registry was arranged nor the amount taken as the advance was returned. It also came to know to the victim that the registry of the said shop has been transferred in some others name.
