In Pak, Bhagat Singh Memorial Foundation raises demand to declare Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev as National Heroes
Ferozepur, March 19, 2019: Despite tense situation between India and Pakistan, the institutions like Bhagat Singh Memorial Foundation will go ahead with to pay tributes to Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev on their 88th Martyrdom Day followed by a Candle March at Shadman Chowk in Lahore, said Imtiaz Rashid Qureshi, Chairman, BSMF in Pakistan.
Qureshi said, After paying tributes to the martyrs, Candle March will also be organized at Shadman Chowk where these three heroes were sentenced, with the participation of social organizations, students and members of the bar association.
Added here, Qureshi is pursuing in the court of law, the case of naming the Shadman Chowk after Bhagat Singh, installing of statutes of three martyrs and making the sacrifices of martyrs a part of the syllabus. Besides, demand will also be put ward to declare the martyrs as National Heroes.
