Shinder Singh writes an open letter to CM seeking justice

Ferozepur, October 7, 2017:  Shinder Singh – a small farmer of village Lallu Wala near Makhu falling under Tehsil Zira in Ferozepur District –  in an open letter in the name of Capt Amarinder Singh Chief Minister, Punjab stated –  ‘I am not getting justice even during Congress rule for the false cases registered against me during SAD-BJP government”, said Shinder Singh victim while addressing in a press conference held at Press Club, Ferozepur along with two dozen residents of his village.

My open letter to CM is in the context of right of every citizen to approach with their quest and grievances and hence my cry to honourable Chief Minister for seeking justice.

Talking with the media persons, Shinder Singh disclosed that he is moving from pillar to post for in search of impartiality against the false cases registered against him during the Badal-led SAD-BJP government.

He said, he and his brother had 6 acres of land and they had a dispute of piece of land of 15 kanals with Bishan Singh resident of Jalandhar from whom Mohinder Partap Singh started harassing them by getting the power of attorney from him during the tenure of Akali government and managed to get five cases registered under section 145-146 against him to vacate the dispute land restricting our entry at the dispute piece of land.

Shinder Singh further said, the husband of the lady Sarpanch, in the village, who used her powers was involved in the hanky-panky of funds meant for pension for the needy persons, welfare schemes etc. because of the complaints made to the bureaucracy during Akali government.

Making an appeal to the Punjab Government, the victim Shinder Singh has demanded justice by taking action against the delinquent officials of the administration and Sarpanch for doing the wrongs, for registration of false cases against him.

He did not hesitate to say one of the official working in the police department who is pursuing the cases against him.
