Two bikers loot a farmer of Rs.6 lakh after spraying chilli powder
Ferozepur, May 15, 2017: Two bike-borne assailants blinded two persons by spraying red chilli powder in their eyes and made away with a bag stached with Rs.6 lac cash near Bagge Ke village in Ferozepur.
Aspler the information, the farmer Charan Singh former Sarpanch of village Dhira Ghara with his son-in-law Gurmel Singh son of Piara Singh of Nihala Lavera was going back to his village after withdrawing Rs.6 lac from the Punjab National Bank Basti Tankan Wali branch, from his limit, on a motor-cycle.
When they reched near haveli of Tapian, two unidentified bike borne on Splendor motor cycle assailants blinded them by spraying red chilli powder and fell down. Taking advantage of their falling, they fled the spot after snatching the bag containing cash.
The miscreants also tried to attack the duo when they resisted their attempts to loot him.
A police complaint was lodged at Arif Ke Police station and investigation was on.
