SAD (Amritsar) to hold protest march on July 17 – Serious concern over non arrest of culprits in sacrilege incident
Ferozepur, July 14, 2016 : In a meeting of Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) held today headed by District President, Jasbir Singh Bhullar at his resident where the incident of sacrilege of Gutka Sahib at Bhagta Bhai Ke was condemned.
Expressing serious concern over not arresting any unscrupulous elements, in the sacrilege incidents, he said, in the incidents of insult of Quran Shairf, the culprits were arrested within two days. All this creates a suspicious over the intentions of the government for not arresting the culprits showing disrespect to Holy Book – Sri Guru Granth Sahib.
He alleged that the Punjab Government led by Parkash Singh Badal is working at the behest of RSS. In case such incidents of disrespect and insulting of Holy Books in the state and making the Punjab a drug free state, has to be stopped, then Sikhs sitting in the shape of agents of RSS has to be shown the outdoor.
On this occasion, making an appeal to all the Gur Sikhs, he said, whosoever believes in Guru Granth Sahib and want to send the accused in sacrilege cases, should reach at gurudawara Khu Bhoota on July 17,2016 (Sunday) at 8.00 AM, with black flags on their vehicles and black turbans on their heads, to participate in the protest march from Bhagta Bhai Ka to Bargadi Gurudawara, to get just from the government.
The protest march will be led by Bhai Dyan Singh Mand, Jathedar Akal Takht and Bhai Baljit Singh Daduwal and Bhai Amrik Singh Ajnala, Takht Sri Anandpur Sahib, appointed by Sarbat Khalsa.
