Joshi conveys best wishes to pass-outs of Genesis Institute in Ferozepur
Ferozepur, February 26, 2016 : Punjab Medical Education and Research and Local Bodies Minister Anil Joshi presided over the Convocation of Genesis Institute of Dental Science and Research, Ferozepur and conveyed his best wishes to the pass-out students.
Joshi conferred degrees to195 BDS, MDS and Nursing students of Genesis Institute and Baghi Group of Nursing Institute. He, however, urged the students to contribute to improve the sufferings of the common man particularly in rural and remote areas of the state.
Speaking on this occasion, Joshi appreciated the efforts of the Punjab Government in the field of medical education in the state.
He also said, all decks have been cleared for the construction of PGI Satellite Centre in Ferozepur and shortly the construction work will start on this project.
Present among others on this occasion were Punjab BJP President, Kamal Sharma, V.K.Meena, Commissioner, Ferozepur and Faridkot Divisions, Ferozepur Range, DIG Amar Singh Chahal and BSF DIG, Er.DPS Kharbanda, Deptuy Commissioner, Ferozepur, officials of the district administration and prominent citizens.
