Railway cancels South-bound trains temporarily due to water-logging
Ferozepur December 2, 2015: According to press release by DRM office Ferozepur certain South-bound trains have been temporarily cancelled due to water-logging causing breaches on railway tracks, scheduled to depart from Northern Railway zoneas per pdf attached.
The water logging on tracks has necessitated the cancellation of trains to avoid any untoward incident.
The trains are ;
12622 New Delhi-ChennaiCentralTamilnadu Express on 3.12.2015
16032 Sri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-Chennai CentralAndaman Express on 4.12.2015
14004 New Delhi-Malda Town Express on 6.12.2015
Due to unavailability of rake owning to cancellation of Train No.22403Pondicherry-New Delhi Express dated 2.12.2015 by Southern Railway
