8-day Induction Training to 47 newly appointed teachers concludes
Ferozepur, April 1, 2021: Under the Instructions of Krishna Kumar, Secretary, Department of Education, and the able guidance and leadership of District Education Officer(SS) Mrs. Kulwinder Kaur, Deputy District Education Officer (SS) Mr. Komal Arora, Principal DIET Mrs. Seema Punchhi and Project Coordinator Mrs. Rajni Jagga, the 8-day induction training of newly appointed science teachers was successfully completed on 30.03.2021.
A total of 47 science teachers of district Ferozepur participated in this training and get the posting in various government schools.
During this training, DM Umesh Kumar said that this initiative of the Department of Education would be very effective for the betterment of children of the government schools in the future. During this training, DM Umesh Kumar introduced teachers, various campaigns run by the Department of Education such as building smart schools Each One Bring One, Each One Ask One, Informed about Science Park , e-Content.
Block Mentors of various blocks of Ferozpur district, Gurmeet Singh, Sumit Galhotra, Gurpreet Singh Harjinder Singh, Kamal Wadhwa, Amit Anand, Gagnadeep Gakhar, Balwinder Singh briefed the newly appointed science teachers on other projects in the schools in addition to the scientific activities of the sixth to the tenth and gave full information about the learning outcomes, which will be very useful for teachers for the upcoming NAS paper.
On the last day of training, an activity science fair was organized by science teacher trainees in which an exhibition of school activities was displayed.
DEO(SS) Mrs Kulwinder Kaur visited the training venue and blessed the newly appointed teachers for their golden future as well as their valuable suggestions for becoming good teachers.
On this occasion, Deepak Sharma, a member of the Sikhiya Sudhar Team, accompanied the newly appointed teachers,Shared ideas that would help them become better teachers as well as better people.
At the concluding session, Diet Principal Mrs. Seema Punchhi thanked the whole Padho Punjab Padhao Punjab Science Team and honoured Mrs. Rajni Jagga, Project Coordinator for conducting the training in a very excellent manner.
In addition, newly appointed teachers Radhika, Uncle Gagnadeep, Ria, Kamal, Amandeep, Navjot Kaur, Anchal, etc. on behalf of all teacher trainees thanked the entire team of Padho Punjab Padhao Punjab and at the same time highly appreciated the initiative of Education Secretary Krishna Kumar Ji for the initiatives taken by him betterment of the future of students studying in govt schools.
