45,000 youths from Punjab’s 9 districts to try for recruitments in Army

Ferozepur, January 4, 2017:  Today, the recruitment process in Army was started in Ferozepur and in all, 45,000 youths from 9 district of Punjab applied for various posts.

As per the information, the recruitment procedure will continue up to January 23.  The recruitment course of action has been divided in different categories like physical test, dope test and written test.

Col Sanjeev Sood speaking to the media persons said, in the first phase, the candidates will go in for dope and physical tests followed by written test.  He further said, the candidates who excel in the written test will be considered on merit basis.

When talked to one of the candidate, he said, the recruitment method has been done in a very transparent manner and he wants to serve the country by joining the Army.
