390 cases solved in National Lok Adalt at Ferozepur

Ferozepur, March 12,2016 :(Subhash Kakkar) : In a good effort made by the joint gesture of district session judge Vivek Puri and deputy commissioner Ferozepur DPS Kharbanda, 390 cases related with civil suites, revenue and motor vehicle act were solved at national Lok Adalt held at Ferozepur, Zira and Guruharsahai in district Ferozepur , wherever total 440 cases of different categories were selected for the consideration in these Lok Adalts.
The district administration constituted 2 benches at Ferozepur, 1 at Zira and Guruharshai each for those cases which were to be solved by the mutual understanding. District administration constituted 13 more benches to solve the revenue cases too. These Lok Adalts passed the award worth Rs. 27lakhs, 45 thousands and 597 rupees.
Session judge cum chairman of district judicial services Vivek Puri told that the courts mostly solve the disputes by the mutual understanding of the both parties in these mediation centres, and after the award of the lok adalt no appeal can be made. Due to this people get rid of the lengthy and costly process of the courts and in this process common harmony is also maintained.
