Powercom organizes Special Camps to waive power bills in Ferozepur
Ferozepur, October 19, 2021: In the wake of the announcement by Punjab Chief Minister, Charanjit Singh Channi, to domestic power consumers’ electricity bill of up to 2 KW, the Ferozepur administration has initiated the process of providing relief to people.
A Consumer Camp was organized at Attari and City Sub Division in which around 500 consumers filed up their forms.
Present among others were Er Damanjit Singh, Sr. Chief Engineer, Ferozepur, Satwinder Singh Sodhi, Additional Executive Engineer, Er.Santokh Singh Sandhu, SDO City.
Er. Santokh Singh Sandhu made an appeal to the consumers, to submit an application, in the prescribed form with regard to waiving off bills up to 2 KW. He said, the Powercom officials are organizing special camps on working days, in this regard and the facility for filling up forms is also available daily in the Sub Division City.
