Visually-impaired Veer Singh’s album titled ‘Diamond Di Ring’ released
Ferozepur, August 7, 2021: A maiden album of visually-impaired, a student of Home for the Blind, Veer Singh, titled “Diamond Di Ring” was released today at simple and impressive ceremony.
Veer Singh Randhawa is a young 23-year-old hails from Faridkot, is a student of BA Final at local RSD College. His father Suchha Singh is a driver by profession for delivery of eggs with whose support, the album could not have been possible. Music being his passion with support of melodious voice was encouraged by his family members and friends and under the able guidance of Sita Ram Music Teacher, to go ahead with a song in audio-video album. Veer Singh has managed his first album ‘Diamond Di Ring’ at his own. The song is 3.05 min in Punjabi. The lyrics are of Shashi, too a visually impaired one of his friend, who has nine songs to his credit and runs his own web channel – Accessible Blind Cafe. The direction is by Gold with Assistant Director Amarjit Rai, Geeta Makeover and AR Media designers.
On asking about vulgarity in songs, he said, I am very much against vulgar cultured songs. The writers should write the songs which could be listened and enjoyed in the family and society.
Veer Singh has conveyed his special thanks to Guri, UV, Malkeet and Brewberi Hotel. Further, expressing his happiness over release of his album, Veer Singh made an appeal to the people to like his song and support him to come up with more such songs so that I may get offers from the writers and producers.
