Viral Video triggers controversy, SAD leaders urge Capt Amarinder to book Sukhjinder Randhawa
Ferozepur, January 2, 2020: Today, a deputation of Shiromani Akali Dal – SAD – led by Joginder Singh Jindu former MLA and others, submitted a memorandum to SSP Ferozepur – Vivek S. Soni – in the name of Capt Amarinder Singh, with a request to book Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, Cabinet Minister, Punjab.
A controversy has triggered over viral of a video being circulated on social media showing him making derogatory remarks about a Sikh guru.
On the other hand, Punjab Minister Sukhwinder Singh Randhawa had earlier filed a police complaint alleged a doctored video was being circulated on social media and demanded action against certain TV channels.
SAD leaders had mounted an attack on the Congress leader to demand an FIR against Jail Minister, Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa. They said, the Congress leader had hurt religious sentiments of Sikhs by making the comment.
