Ferozepur, October 22, 2023: Northern Railway currently operates four Vande Bharat trains from New Delhi to Dehradun, Varanasi, Amba Andora and Katra. Due to its fast speed, world-class facilities and reduced travel time, this semi-high speed train has become a favourite train for family travellers during this current festive season. This is the reason that booking of seats for passengers in these trains of Northern Railway is almost complete, said Deepak Kumar, Chief Public Relations Officer, Northern Railway.
With its speed, comfortable journey and affordable fares, Vande Bharat has now become the favourite train of the youth of India as the youth in the age group of 25 to 34 years prefers to travel with Vande Bharat and they also enjoy better facilities at affordable fares.
As the network of Vande Bharat trains continues to expand in the Northern Railway Zone, connecting commercially important states and cities, reducing travel time, eliminating traffic concerns and budgeting passengers Due to the cheap rates of train travel within, the working community in the age group of 25-34 and 35-49 years prefer these trains for their daily commute.
Many culturally and religiously important cities like Varanasi and Katra are very popular among the passengers who are now traveling on our North Railway Zone New Delhi Vande Bharat Express and Shree Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Express.
