Vaccinate farmers on Delhi borders; Pinki MLA appeals Union Health Minister

Ferozepur, April 14, 2021:  Expressing concern over the surge in COVID positive cases in the country, Parminder Singh Pink asked the Union Health Minister to vaccinate the farmers sitting on dharna over the three farm laws, at the Delhi borders.

He said, the Union government is not worried about the farmers living on the borders of Delhi and appealed to the Centre and Delhi governments to come forward to vaccinate all the farmers at the Delhi borders so that they too could be protected from the dreaded virus-like Corona.

Pinki also slammed the Aam Aadmi Party – AAP government in Delhi saying that on the one hand, it talks in favour of the farmers but at the same time least bothered and keeping the Punjab farmers away from taking care of them for vaccination.  He appealed to the Delhi government to set up special camps to vaccinate the farmers.

He also appealed to Prime Minister Modi and Agri Minister Tomar to address the issue of the farmers with a clear mind over the farm bills issues by negotiating so that farmers could return to their homes safely.
