Two deaths, 69 Corona +ve surfaced in Ferozepur

Ferozepur, March 25, 2021:  During the month of March335 Covid-19 positive cases including 69 on Thursday has been reported with active toll reached to 231, while report of 672 samples is still awaited.

The district administration has intensified the sample testing and strict over wearing of masks by all on moving out of the houses.

As per information, 105943 samples were taken in the district and 100197 were fond negative, 5074 positive, 4682 recovered and 231 still active in the district.  However, 672sample testing report is still awaited.  Due to Corona, there had been 161 deaths including two deaths of 57 years and 67 years male in Block Kassauna and Ferozepur

So far as Covid vaccination, against 21675 registrations, 18054 persons of 45 plus have been give the first and second dose of vaccination which comes to 83.2 percent, said DIO.
