The MSG 2- The Messenger – is the sequel of MSG – The Messenger – which was released last year. Though the movie was not acclaimed by the critiques, the film had gained more than 100 crore.

The dera premis also blocked the railway track at Makhu due to which several trains including Ferozepur-Ludhiana DMUs, Ferozepur-Chandigarh Express and Moga-Delhi Shatabadi Express had to be cancelled.

According to railways, the protest was started in early morning due to which these trains were cancelled. Several passengers had to face enormous trouble due to the abrupt cancellation of the train.

Umesh Kumar, one of the passengers said that he was going to meet one of his friend who is admit in a hospital. “Now I don’t know how can I go there to console my friend’s family”, he rued.

It may be added that on Friday also the Dera Premis had blocked the blocked Ferozepur-Fazilka GT Road at village Golu Ka Mour in Ferozepur and raised slogans against the state government for its flabby attitude towards the screening of the movie.

It is pertinent to mention here that though the centre government has given its nod to the movie, the dera followers in Punjab are still not able to see it since the movie has not been screened by the cinema owners.

Dera Premi Mahinder Pal Singh Bittu alleged that the Punjab and Haryana High Court has allowed the screening of this movie but due to pressure of state government behind the curtain, the cinema owners are reluctant to play this movie.

The entire police force was also seen put on duty in the district to meet any untoward incident in the district in view of non-screening of film.
